If you take even the slightest interest in online marketing, you must have heard about “Affiliate Payload” and “4 Tier Annihilation Method”. These are recent products by well know marketing duo Alex Goad and Saj P. Now they have a new project was recently released, which is called The Site Rush.

What is it about? Well, The Site Rush looks at a specific kind of online business: Website Flipping. That’s a fancy name for buying websites and selling them for a profit. Saj and Alex look at it as virtual real estate.

But what are the money making possibilities with website flipping? We will have a closer look at it in this article.

If you look around on the internet with the eye of a marketeer, a few things are pretty obvious. First of all, (and you don’t have to be a marketeer to notice this one) there are a lot of very poorly made websites.

Second of all, there are a lot of good websites that are not being monetized properly. They look good, they get a decent amount of visitors, but they just don’t implement enough money making angles.

And last but not least: There are a loads of websites that are made pretty well, and have some good money making possibilities, but they don’t get a lot of visitors because the search engines don’t find them. In other words, their search engine optimization is not good.

There is an obvious point I still have to make, because all of us tend to forget about it: The internet has just started! Nothing is cast in stone yet.

Most online markets are pretty much wide open for you, me or anyone else to enter and eventually take over with a solid website and service. It’s a matter of finding that site that lacks in one of the three topics I listed above: It’s poorly made, poorly monetized or the SEO is not good. If you can buy that website and improve it, you might strike gold!

But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. I, for one, would not get into the site flipping business at this moment. I just don’t feel I have the proper skills to do it.

However, Alex Goad and Saj P. are big names in online business. Their previous products delivered on their claims. And now they claim they can make website flipping work for me..
